I don’t think I can think of anything simpler or more delicious than a glass of Merlot with a piece of chocolate. It is something you will look forward to having and sharing with people who are special to you. I especially like to relax and slow down at night and reflect on what I’ve done and what I still need to accomplish. I enjoy having a glass or two of Fine Wine. If I have a Merlot, I go for that. With Merlot or even a Cabernet, Chocolate is amazing.
Savor and enjoy them together. This is what I do:
- I start with some great chocolate
- Then I break off a piece (I do this so that I have a large enough piece to enjoy, but I won’t overdo it.)
- Get a bottle from your Monthly Delivery of Fine Wine from Wine Ambassador, preferably a merlot.
- Pour a 4-6 ounce glass of wine
- Then… take the piece of Chocolate, and rub the top of it with your thumb to open it up. Place it on your tongue, and then press it to the roof of your mouth.
- As the Chocolate dissolves, take a sip of the Merlot
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the Chocolate and Fine Wine are done. You will be happier and more content. It is just that good!
